Pied Flycatcher
The pied flycatcher is a summer visitor that migrates to the western side of the UK to breed. It is uncommon, but may be seen in mature broad leaved woodlands in upland Powys, parts of Herefordshire and RSPB reserves such as Nagshead in the Forest of Dean. As its name suggests it is an insect eater.
